Fruit from the beautiful Ferguson Valley. The vibrant colour matches the vibrant aromatics, and it matches the vibrant flavours, too. Uncomplicated, unfettered deliciousness. The cabernet brings structure, perfume and crunchiness, while the malbec boosts the perfume and the colour, providing a lush backdrop of purple berry fruits. Pretty awesome stuff for the price.

plum intermingled with fine lengthy tannin.
winemaking
The 2019 was crushed cool for fermentation to static fermenters
for eight days, peak temperature 28 degrees Celsius. Drained and pressed to
French oak for maturation.
