The red wine for everyone. A perfect blend of cabernet sauvignon (65%), shiraz (25%) and merlot (10%) makes this red wine balanced and smooth, deliciously easy to drink and impossible not to like.
Pair with spaghetti and meatballs, baked pasta dishes such as lasagne and similar veggie bakes, bean dishes with smoked ham or chorizo, pepperoni pizza.

WINEMAKING
Process: vinified separately – all destemmed, crushed + cold soaked for 2 days prior to fermentation
Fermentation: combination of static fermenters and open pots, pumped over twice daily. maturation using new (average 30%) French oak for 18 months
Alcohol: 13.5%
