WINERY NOTE:
We produce a classic style of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Fruit is hand-picked early in the season to retain the fresh crisp acidity that is so much a part of the Marlborough style. We add additional complexity at the Winery by aging a portion of the wine in old French barrels, adding weight and texture to the final wine.

Our Sauvignon Blanc is food friendly, exhibiting intense varietal aromas well supported by richness and palate weight.

Winemaking This certified organic Sauvignon Blanc, was 100% hand-picked,
whole bunch pressed straight to tank and fermented to bone dry.
Tasting notes This ripe Sauvignon Blanc opens with bright citrus fruit, pithy
aromas, along with ripe notes that carry through onto the palate.
There is a seam of minerality, with hints of ripe fruit, reflecting an
excellent vintage.
The palate shows lovely texture with good fruit weight, without
being heavy, along with precise structure and drive. Ending with a
dry, firm finish.
