Wine Advocate general notes:
No grape varieties are declared in the Cuvée Secrète because the idea is to use the fruit that works best in each vintage that this secretive white wine is produced. Knowing that Marco Caprai farms Grechetto, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, I can assume that some of all those grapes might be used here. This is a fragrant and radiant wine (that sees six months in oak), revealing citrus, melon and orchard fruit. There is some green spice, aniseed and crushed stone on the finish. I've always admired Marco Caprai's white wine program. Monica Larner.
