Grapes grown on their Porseleinberg and Goldmine properties – their first vintage claiming Wine of Origin Swartland. 100% Syrah, matured for 18m in 2500L foudres and 600L demi-muids. Deep ruby red colour. Aroma deep and plush, with a blue-black profile – black cherries and earth being the essence of the fruit core. Full fruit with perfect balance, acidity and length. Very young still – mature until 2023+.
