Fine loamy or silty soil textures on alternating tertiary continental marls and sandstones.

Altitude - 650 meters
Age - more than 36 years.

Fermentation in steel tanks and work on first lees with
periodic batonage for 6 months. Barrel aging on fine lees for 1 year

Extension - 1 Ha / yield of 4.000 kg per Ha

Composition

Alcohol: 13,5 % / Acidity: 4,8 g/l

Tasting Notes:

Golden yellow colour, intence aromas of ripe berries. On the palate it is very fresh and balsamic, with good structure and long on the finish.
