Made with Arneis grapes, vinified and aged in stainless-steel vats
Arneis is a white grape variety indigenous to Piedmont. The cultivation area of Arneis is Roero, a hilly region located northwest of the city of Alba. Arneis is experiencing a moment of great popularity and quality recognition with the creation of the DOCG appellation in 2006. Roero Arneis is characterized above all by its minerality, freshness and intensity of perfumes.

Tasting notes
Color: bright straw yellow.
Aromatic Profile: fruity and floral, notes of acacia, green apple, peach and apricot.
Taste Profile: savory and mineral, persistent with elegant finish. Nice acidity and balanced structure.
Food Pairings: Arneis is a wine for the whole meal, which goes very well with starters, charcuteries, pasta and risotto dishes, BBQ, fish, seafood, crustaceans, white meats and spicy sauces. An excellent summer wine as well as an aperitif wine.
Suggested serving temperature: 10-12 °C (50-54 °F)
Aging: Roero Arneis can be consumed a few weeks after bottling. It keeps its best characteristics for the next 3 or 4 years.
