BLEND
95% Malbec, 4% Shiraz, 1% Cabernet Sauvignon
COLOUR Deep violet red.
AROMATICS
Ripe cherry and pomegranate are the dominant fruit aromas with hints of coffee and dark chocolate.
PALATE
Flavours of rich mulberries, plum sauce and vanillin oak follow on the palate leading into a finish that is succulent and juicy leaving you wanting more.
OAK MATURATION
30% new French oak barrels and 30% new French oak staves in tank.
AGEING POTENTIAL Drink over next 5-10 years.
