Quite pale ruby, watery rim.
Interesting nose, some ripe red berry fruit, crushed starwberry,
also some apple and almost herbal, stemmy notes, touch of apple.
Palate too, lovely mix of soft, ripe, perfumed cherry and strawberry
fruit, then some stemmy, herbal character, dried flowers, layered,
complex interesting wine with touch of spice, some dry fine tannin,
but core is lovely soft red berry fruit. Nice balance too. Fresh, long,
lifted. Hard not to drink. Just a touch natural on the finish, bit of
apple.

This rare Grenache SBO has a beautiful perfume lift, it’s all about red fruits. Berries and cherries with a hint of five spice and clove. Only 1098 bottles made.
