"Very pretty ripe cherries and strawberries with light toffee undertones. It's full-bodied, but bright and focused. Chewy tannins. Needs time to soften. Better after 2022."

Winery Note:
TASTING NOTES
The colour is garnet-red with ruby thighlights that take on a slightly orange tone over time. It has a clear-cut, intense nose with sweet sensations of spices and hints of dried rose and sous bois. The taste is soft, full, velvety, harmonic and vibrant.
PAIRINGS
The Barolo par excellence goes well with important dishes, such as traditional Piedmontese meat main courses and medium-long-aged cheeses. But not only that, if we explore the possibilities of world food and wine we can range in original combinations: from the French boeuf
bourguignonne up to Asia with Nasi Goreng, passing through Canada and its smoked meat from Montréal. If you like, it can also accompany the conversation at the end of the meal or a "special" toast!
