My favorite wine among Fontanafredda's new releases is the 2011 Barolo La Rosa. This beautiful expression shows a pretty level of depth and dimension with bright accents of blue flower and forest berry in center stage. The wine adopts a feminine and delicate approach with important emphasis on the floral components that come so naturally to the appropriately-named Barolo La Rosa.
