Inspired by the famous Super Tuscan, this Rapace is a good example of this, the ultimate marriage between the grapes Sangiovese (70%), Merlot (20%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%). The use of Merlot gives a lot of juiciness, sultry and ripe fruit. A wine with a lot of structure and body, a wonderful companion on the table!
