Brancaia Il Bianco is a fresh and floral white characterised by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with a pleasant fruity bouquet that is transmitted to the fresh and delicate palate, with a pleasantly balanced acidity. Fruity character with plenty of dried-apples, mangoes and pineapple . Medium body and bright acidity. Fresh finish.

Perfect to accompany fish and shellfish dishes, it is ideal in combination with first courses, mushroom risotto and white meats.
