The Cantina Kaltern 2019 Alto Adige Pinot Bianco hits the nail on the head, especially if you are looking for a well-priced white wine with a pristine and undeniable territorial signature. You can almost smell the mountain freshness here, with the wildflowers and distinctive mineral notes of wet stones in an alpine stream.
