Description: From our vineyard “El
Cerezo”, we make this Chardonnay
unoake. Grapes are harvested in the cold night to maximise freshness and high fruit concentration. It exhibits a perfume of citrus, apple, and white peach. Its palate is crisp, it is a vibrant Chardonnay with lively acidity, good concentration, rich and long.

Vineyard: El Cerezo, 35 years old
Terroir: Clay
Altitude: 600 m.
Aging: No oak
Alcohol: 13%
