Dallalto it is an excellent example of traditional Barolo aged in large oak casks. The Nebbiolo grapes used for this Barolo come from some of the most suitable areas around Alba (Serralunga, Verduno), carefully selected and vinified to produce a wine of great quality and personality. We chose a traditionally vinified Barolo (in large oak casks, with capacities ranging from 20 to 100 hl), therefore with a non-prevaricating use of wood and at the same time capable of structuring the wine with velvety tannins.

Aging: thanks to its excellent structure, this wine has a potential for evolution and aging that can reach 15-20 years.
